GigMasters is the first internet based event marketplace, providing somewhere for people to find and hire vendors who provide event entertainment services such as jugglers, balloon twisters, photographers, or DJ’s. A major mobile-first redesign was conducted using agile methodologies to improve mobile consumability and conversions, starting with key areas of the public website. This redesign was done after a number of related research projects I conducted, such as comparative analysis and surveys.
