The Solution:
Transferees should be given more autonomy within the system, they should be able to configure the details of services on their own, and should be able to select which services they need to facilitate their move.
- Move Details: The system will allow users to enter all relevant information to facilitate their move services. It will guide users what information is needed, when, and any relevant upcoming dates the transferee needs.
- Service Selection: The system will present transferees their default benefits provided automatically by their employer, and the ability to use “points” to purchase additional optional services their employer authorized to offer them. Once additional services are purchased, the system will guide them through gathering any additional relevant information for facilitating the service (ex: if they select an additional car shipment container, they will need to provide information about the second vehicle to set up the service such as make, model, year, etc.)
