Brokers want to be empowered to set achievable data-driven goals for their business. Some brokers need guidance setting their goals appropriately (usually new brokers), fearing there is a “secret recipe” they are not aware of. All brokers want to be able to track their business in relation to their goals so that they can make appropriate adjustments to forecasts and/or business activities.
